Recently we were contacted by Maguire Hayden Real Estate, a progressive real estate investment and operating firm, for help with a sign to help market a new building that they closed the deal on. Our reputation in Downingtown, PA and the surrounding area made us the logical choice to take this project on.
As you can see in the attached picture, the sign, while free-standing, has the polished and professional appearance that you would expect for this type of building. The high-resolution graphics make it easier for prospective tenants to imagine how they would look in this setting. We used the highest quality materials and the most advanced printing system. Using high-quality materials will add longevity and help maintain the visual appeal of this sign. They wanted the sign to be eye-catching as well as list contact information. Two features stand out, the proposed managed health club and the on-site delicatessen, which helps give this location a more exclusive and upscale feeling. We feel that this building, located at 300 Four Falls Rd, will become an exclusive and sought-after address in the near future.
However, just filling the building is only the start of signage needs for any building. Buildings need an address sign, maybe a lighted monument sign that lists all of the tenants. Lobbies need signage, possibly a large wall graphic with the building owner’s logo or a suitable graphic. People need directions to common areas like a health club or deli, as well as signage on the doors or windows of each suite of offices. ADA regulations must be followed in the common areas of the building with appropriate signs.
